Summit Brewery Pub Crawl 2006

Rober Faceplant (P. Akimoto) arranged this EPIC pub crawl! We started at Lucia's bakery not-so-promptly at 9:20am, then hit: Uptown Bar, Dubliner, Turf Club, Summit Brewery Party, um... I don't remember much after that except lots of St. Paul sidewalk derby mayhem!!!

Dave, Andy, Brandon, and I entered the 24 hour mountainbike race at Afton Alps as team "Not Dead Yet". Determined not to suck too bad, we survived and came in smack dab in the middle.

Bontie finally got her visa on June 8, and I decided to drive out to LA to pick her up on June 17 and do some mountainbiking along the way. :)

Bontie and I headed up to the north woods to do some mountainbiking and take in the Fall colors with our pal, Andy. We camped two nights at Day Lake and met some friends for a ride at Telemark Resort - then headed up to Bayfield and Madeline Island.

Our second day of riding began with some killer organic eggs at Vudu Cafe! We rode out from Queenstown and headed up a long, windy fireroad to Moke Lake... and hit singletrack all the way back!

We were a bit hazy from all the drinking the night before... but this day was Epic!! We headed up to the Moonlight trail, which wound around the most amazing mountainsides we've ever seen. It was a long, wonderful day of riding.
